I designed the book jacket for this fully illustrated history of Farnborough celebrating 100 years of its pivotal role in the history of British Aviation.
I also designed the marketing collateral and assisted in the launch of the book at a very special signing event hosted by The Aviation Bookshop at the 2006 SBAC Farnborough Airshow.
Joining the author Peter J Cooper for the day were some very special guests, legendary test pilots Neville Duke DSO OBE DFC** AFC FRAeS, Captain Eric “Winkle” Brown, CBE, DSC, AFC, Hon FRAeS, Peter Twiss, OBE, DSC and Bar, John Farley OBE, AFC and Duncan Simpson OBE CEng FIMechE FRAeS. I was honoured to be in their presence during the day and I am the proud owner of a signed copy!
